More often than not, high churn isn’t due to missing features in the product. It’s due to incorrect pricing leading to customers scouting for options or misaligned positioning leading to wrong customer expectations.

When you have LOW Competitive MOAT – you are forced to price it below the competition. You don’t have a choice.

When you have HIGH Competitive MOAT – you have the luxury to price it above the competition. It is a choice.

You can disrupt the market by:
1. Increasing the Value by Innovating > Competition
2. Decreasing the Cost by Pricing < Competition
